Tim McKew

Holds the position of Director and Senior Technician, he oversees all our projects as well as liaises with our clients, building strong long-term relationships through effective communication and quality customer service. Tim founded PCFIXIT Business IT Solutions in 2007 following a career path and passion for the industry. Tim has worked in the IT industry since 2000 with proficiency spanning from Networking implementation, troubleshooting, Server builds and installations to computer repairs and maintenance.

Amanda

Works in the accounting section of PCFIXIT Business IT Solutions and brings with her 15+ years’ experience. Amanda has worked with many accounting software packages and handles all debtor and creditor functions.

Alan has over 20 years’ IT management and support experience, in both in-house and external service provider roles.

Our whole team have completed an eLearning course in COVID-19 Infection Control Training from the Department of Health to ensure that we know the most up to date advice on how to minimise spread and the best hygiene practices.

 

The rapidly evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) has imposed an unsettling, fluid situation upon our community and its businesses. While the team here at PCFIXIT Business IT Solutions still aims to maintain a "business as usual" approach, we are making a number of significant changes to our operations to account for a situation that is far from normal
