This is why we offer a pay as you go service that allows customers to literally pay per IT request. We will get to know your organisation so that when you do need help we can provide a fast and cost-effective solution.

Our pay-as-you-go IT support can be of benefit to a business of any size; offered remotely or in-house. Perfect for a small business where a monthly contract is unnecessary or for larger businesses needing additional support and expertise on an ad hoc basis.

Pay-as-you-go IT support is ideal for one-off projects requiring consultancy or additional expertise that doesn’t exist in house, unexpected issues, and emergency cover.

Our Pay as you Go IT Support

As an alternative to our ProactivCare Service Plans, we offer service on a time and material basis. This Pay as you Go Support option provides assistance to those companies that do not have time-sensitive issues. You are only charged for support by the hour and charged for any parts needed to complete the service.

Pay as you go is ideal for businesses that require very occasional assistance or support for one-off projects. Our support is provided at a competitive hourly rate or on a day-rate basis. We can also negotiate a fixed price for longer contracts.

If regular, proactive support is needed a fixed price support contract may be more appropriate.

If your service needs are not time-sensitive, then perhaps our Pay as you Go Support is the right choice for you.

Our whole team have completed an eLearning course in COVID-19 Infection Control Training from the Department of Health to ensure that we know the most up to date advice on how to minimise spread and the best hygiene practices.

 

The rapidly evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) has imposed an unsettling, fluid situation upon our community and its businesses. While the team here at PCFIXIT Business IT Solutions still aims to maintain a "business as usual" approach, we are making a number of significant changes to our operations to account for a situation that is far from normal
