At PCFIXIT Business IT Solutions, we’re committed to making sure we can offer you the support that meets your expectations—and at a cost that fits your budget. If one of our ProactivCare Plans does not accommodate your needs at this time, our Block of Time Support Plan may be right for you.

The Block of Time Support Plan provides you with a fixed number of service hours per year at a discounted rate. Blocks of Time never expire and can be carried over year to year. Customers with this support plan receive the level of response that has been outlined in their specific contract.

Customized Plan. No Problem.

In addition, we can customize a plan that meets your specific service needs. This Custom Block of Time Support Plan offers additional discounts beyond our normal Block of Time Support Plan rates. Through this option, you have access to one of our technicians for a set number of hours per week, per month, or per year. Response time will be negotiated if a Custom Block of Time Support Plan is purchased.

Other custom agreements can be negotiated to meet your unique needs and available budget. These types of agreements offer significant savings over our normal Block of Time rates. You would commit to a minimum number of hours per year at an agreed-upon, discounted rate.

Our whole team have completed an eLearning course in COVID-19 Infection Control Training from the Department of Health to ensure that we know the most up to date advice on how to minimise spread and the best hygiene practices.

 

The rapidly evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) has imposed an unsettling, fluid situation upon our community and its businesses. While the team here at PCFIXIT Business IT Solutions still aims to maintain a "business as usual" approach, we are making a number of significant changes to our operations to account for a situation that is far from normal
